Terms and Conditions

The Sanctuary is a registered company (Co. Registration Number 289733) and a registered charity (No. 13076) and is governed by the legislation pertaining to this as set out in Irish Law including the submission of annual audited accounts lodged with the CRO.

Payment policy - Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We are happy to receive credit card/laser payments, Cheques and postal orders (made payable to the Sanctuary) for all activities. Payment for Sanctuary activities and resources can be made online/ in person/ by phone or by post.

Cancellation policy – bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Business Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how the Sanctuary uses and protects any information that you give the Sanctuary when you use this website. It is further protected through the Sanctuary Confidentiality Policy which all staff, volunteers and facilitators associated with the Sanctuary must sign. (A copy of which can be attained by contacting the Sanctuary in writing to: the Sanctuary, Stanhope Street, Dublin 7, Ireland).
The Sanctuary is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

  • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
  • other information relevant to your bookings or purchases

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
