  • 2018 Mindful Warrior Programme


    Join us this September for the Mindful Warrior facilitator training programme, where you will learn to teach the Mindful Warrior syllabus in your classroom or organisation, encouraging young people to find, build and experience a place of Sanctuary within and around themselves.

    It encourages young people to find, build and experience a place of Sanctuary within and around themselves. The course consists of 6 sessions over the course of 10 weeks in total.

    The 2018 Programme dates are as follows:

    -8th and 9th of September
    -13th and 14th of October
    -10th and 11th of November

    Each session takes place from 9.30am to 4.30pm

    Join Sr Stan Kennedy on this 5-week course exploring the steps you can take to help you live a more compassionate life. During this course you will learn about

    • Meditation,
    • Mindfulness,
    • Compassion,
    • Different Traditions and religions,
    • Scientific Knowledge about compassion.. and much, much more.

    On this course Sr Stan will help you to learn to recognise your inner patterns, how to display compassion to yourself and to those around you and, ultimately, how you can understand and appreciate yourself so you can better understand and appreciate others.

    This is a 5-week course running each Monday 7pm – 8.30 pm. The course begins Monday 15th October and ends on Monday 26th November. There are no classes on Monday 29th October and Monday 5th November.

  • Building Emotional Resilience and Preparing for Change


    This 6-week course with Teresa Larkin will take place in Sanctuary and runs from Thursday 8th November to Thursday 11th December, inclusive. The Classes take place from 10am to 12pm each Thursday and the course costs €95.

    The course has been created to help you to build awareness of your own resilience that will help you manage the process of change more easily and effectively. Throughout the course this deepening sense of Awareness will focus on:

    ▪An enhanced connection with your own strength and resilience.

    ▪Reduction in stress, fear + anxiety especially in relation to change.

    ▪A shift in your relationship with self and others.

    ▪ A deeper understanding of the nature of Resilience, on the impact of Change in our lives and their impact on our Happiness and Wellbeing.

  • Mindful Yoga with Riana, October 2018


    An 8-week course starting on Friday, October 19th from 10am to 11.30am each Friday.

    With Riana Walsh, this Friday morning yoga course introduces participants to breath awareness practices and the experience of stillness; Yoga postures and sequences are practiced with awareness as we connect mind, body and heart in the present moment; Mindful meditation focuses on breath, sound, thought, sensation and relaxation is also an integral part of the class. Each class is an hour and a half in duration.
