  • 2018 Mindful Warrior Programme


    Join us this September for the Mindful Warrior facilitator training programme, where you will learn to teach the Mindful Warrior syllabus in your classroom or organisation, encouraging young people to find, build and experience a place of Sanctuary within and around themselves.

    It encourages young people to find, build and experience a place of Sanctuary within and around themselves. The course consists of 6 sessions over the course of 10 weeks in total.

    The 2018 Programme dates are as follows:

    -8th and 9th of September
    -13th and 14th of October
    -10th and 11th of November

    Each session takes place from 9.30am to 4.30pm

  • 8 Week MBSR with Niamh Bruce


    Starting on Monday 3rd September, from 7pm – 9.30pm.

    Just €350 for the full 8 week course course.

    Join Niamh Bruce for a mix of course practice, input, group discussion and home practice, participants report that they were able to recognise and learn how to deal with their own stress triggers more easily as well as find a greater sense of their own inner strength and resilience.

    This is an 8 week course (2.5 hours per week) with one full day (10am-4pm) on Sunday October 21st. Please bring lunch for the full day of practice.

  • Art of Being Still with Sr. Stan, Sept 2018


    Monday 10th September – Monday 8th October 7pm – 8.30pm.

    With Sr. Stanislaus Kennedy, this 5 week foundation course is an invitation to go within and develop the art of meditation. You will have the opportunity to try different meditation practices which combine the wisdom of both Eastern and Western tradition. Each session is 90 minutes in duration.

    With Riana Walsh, this Friday morning yoga course introduces participants to breath awareness practices and the experience of stillness; Yoga postures and sequences are practiced with awareness as we connect mind, body and heart in the present moment; Mindful meditation focuses on breath, sound, thought, sensation and relaxation is also an integral part of the class.
