    • A chance to meet other parents in a friendly supportive environment
    • The course features a variety of teaching methods including short video clips, talks on the topic for the week, group discussion and the chance to practice mindfulness to reduce stress.

    Mindfulness Training for Social Care with Jane Negrych


    This 8 week MBLC (Mindfulness Based Living Course) combines mindfulness and compassion practices in 8 x two and a half hour weekly sessions, and one full day of practice. the Sanctuary Mindfulness Training for Social Care program has been tailor-made to help anyone working in the field of social care to gain an understanding of mindfulness and how it can help them to help others more effectively.

    The weekly classes begin on Tuesday, February 12th (Feb 12th- April 9th) and take place on Tuesday afternoons from 2pm to 5.30pm at the Sanctuary in Dublin 7.
