A mindful way to garden in harmony with nature, to deepen our awareness of our interconnectedness with the earth. This ONE DAY workshop will open up a new, more mindful way of gardening, to allow us nurture ourselves as well as our natural environment. The day will have practical elements and looka t theory of organic gardening principles, and mindful practices.
This workshop is designed to help participants live more compassionately. Each participant will be invited to work towards forming habits that are kinder, gentler, more compassionate and mindful, leading to a lifetime habit of mindfulness and compassion for self and others. Mindful practices and mindful eating will be an integral part of the day.
Ian Hughes will lead you through a series of writing exercises to explore what you are passionate about and the life events and social context that have embedded that passion within you. The course is suitable for new and accomplished writers. The workshop series will explore both the potential of writing as a means to discover your passion, and the use of passion as a source of inspiration for your ongoing journey as a writer.

This creative retreat invites us to take a new path. It assumes that all of us are on a journey charting a direction for our life, whether we are aware of this or not. We will invite you to be conscious of that journey and path you are on. We aim to open you to the possibility of living with greater joy, will, strength and compassion.
The Sanctuary is pleased to offer the Teach Paws b Course. The allows you to train to teach mindfulness to 7- 11 year olds. The course will consist of real-time lessons, an exploration of the pedagogy of the Paws b curriculum, and opportunities to practise teaching the key exercises, in order to leave feeling confident and empowered to teach the curriculum to young people.
