    Whether you come to yoga with a spiritual longing, with a desire to improve physical health and flexibility, seeking stillness of the mind and stress-relief, you will find a respectful, welcoming, integrative atmosphere: a space for everybody, for complete beginners and more advanced practitioners alike. The mindfulness yoga course at the Sanctuary consists of breathing exercises (Pranayama), meditation, physical posture work (Asana), and the practice of sense withdrawal (Pratyahara), with the aim to heal body, mind and spirit.

    This six week course with Andrea, starts on Wednesday September 5th. The classes run from 6.00pm to 7.20pm and the full six week course costs just €75

    6 week course starting on Friday, September 7th from 10am to 11.20am each Friday.

    With Riana Walsh, this Friday morning yoga course introduces participants to breath awareness practices and the experience of stillness; Yoga postures and sequences are practiced with awareness as we connect mind, body and heart in the present moment; Mindful meditation focuses on breath, sound, thought, sensation and relaxation is also an integral part of the class. Each class is an hour and a half in duration.
