  • iRest Yoga Nidra with Riana


    Join Riana Walsh for a deeply relaxing and restorative iRest Yoga Nidra practice on Tues 27th November 7.00 – 8.00pm.

    iRest Yoga Nidra is a simple form of guided meditation which is easy to practice, and no previous experience of yoga or meditation is required. This deeply restful experience can increase your energy, improve your sleep, alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression and enable a sense of ease and simple happiness.

  • Mindful Yoga with Riana, October 2018


    An 8-week course starting on Friday, October 19th from 10am to 11.30am each Friday.

    With Riana Walsh, this Friday morning yoga course introduces participants to breath awareness practices and the experience of stillness; Yoga postures and sequences are practiced with awareness as we connect mind, body and heart in the present moment; Mindful meditation focuses on breath, sound, thought, sensation and relaxation is also an integral part of the class. Each class is an hour and a half in duration.
