5 Steps to living a compassionate life with Sr Stan

Join Sr Stan Kennedy on this 5-week course exploring the steps you can take to help you live a more compassionate life. During this course you will learn about
- Different Traditions and religions,
- Scientific Knowledge about compassion.. and much, much more.
On this course Sr Stan will help you to learn to recognise your inner patterns, how to display compassion to yourself and to those around you and, ultimately, how you can understand and appreciate yourself so you can better understand and appreciate others.
This is a 5-week course running each Monday 7pm – 8.30 pm. The course begins Monday 15th October and ends on Monday 26th November. There are no classes on Monday 29th October and Monday 5th November.

Please note that this is a 5-week course, which runs over 7 weeks.
The course commences on Monday 15th October and runs until Monday 26th November, classes take place each Monday from 7pm to 8.30pm.

Sister Stanislaus Kennedy, or Sr. Stan as she is affectionately known, is an Irish Sister of Charity and a well know social campaigner. She is founder of a number of voluntary organizations in Ireland, including Focus Ireland, The Immigrant Council of Ireland and Young Social Innovators. In 1998 Sr Stan founded The Sanctuary, a meditation/spirituality centre in the heart of Dublin city, a place where people can find a quiet space and time for themselves to find ways to develop more harmonious and balanced lives. Sr. Stan is also a meditation teacher and an author of several bestselling books including: To Live from the Heart, Seasons of Hope, Day by Day, Moments of Stillness and Mindful Meditations for Every Day.
