Evening Yoga Classes with Andrea Boudin 7.30pm


In these mindful Hatha yoga classes, participants are introduced to breath awareness practices and the experience of stillness. Yoga postures and sequences are practiced with awareness as we connect mind, body and heart in the present moment.

This six week course with Andrea, starts on Wednesday September 5th. The classes run from 7.30pm to 8.50pm and the full six week course costs just €75

The course starts on Wednesday 5th September and runs until Wednesday 10th October.

These practices lead us towards connecting with our own innate resources to access a sense of calmness and spaciousness as we engage with everyday life.

The yoga Sutra: ‘Yoga chitta vritti nirodah’ – ‘yoga is the settling of the mind into silence’ is central and yoga philosophy and mindfulness themes are integrated throughout.

Everybody is welcome to this class, with or without prior experience.
