Mindfulness Half Day for Advanced Practitioners January 2019


Workshop description: Throughout the year these half-days provide an opportunity to nurture and strengthen the energy of mindfulness and the practice of meditation in the company of others through sitting and walking meditation. As mindful eating, a core mindfulness practice, is an integral part of the day, please bring a snack.

Who this is for: This Mindfulness half day has been specifically designed for practitioners already familiar with practicing mindfulness and meditation. If you are a beginner to mindfulness you should try our Mindfulness Day for Begninners.

About the facilitator: The Mindfulness Half Day facilitators rotate from session to session, allowing for diversity and inclusivityAll facilitators are trained in mindfulness and meditation and give workshops at the Sanctuary on a regular basis.
