Planting the Seeds of Mindfulness with Kathleen Curley Clark
Running on Saturday 10th of March from 10am – 4pm.
A mindful way to garden in harmony with nature, to deepen our awareness of our interconnectedness with the earth. This ONE DAY workshop will open up a new, more mindful way of gardening, to allow us nurture ourselves as well as our natural environment. The day will have practical elements and looka t theory of organic gardening principles, and mindful practices.

About Kathleen Curley Clark.
Having studied Forestry in UCD, and worked as part of the Sustainable Ireland Co-Operative, Kathleen Curley-Clarke has taught organic gardening and workshop to groups of adults and children.
Particular areas of interest include urban vegetable growing, beekeeping, and forestry. Kathleen believes that a mindful, holistic approach to nature and the environment can be an enlightening and nourishing experience for anyone eager to learn and understand how our planet, society and community all work together.
