A Six Week Course On Unmasking the Inner Critic With Teresa Larkin
Starting on Thursday, March 1st for six weeks until April 12th, running from 10am to noon.
Looking at the nature of the Inner Critic – its origins, its triggers, the negative, destructive force it can exert on own lives. The ability it has to prevent us from realising our full potential.
We will explore through the practice of Mindfulness how we can replace self-judgment with self-kindness, doubt with trust, self-criticism with care and compassion.
Throughout the course we will explore your values, your choices, your core underlying beliefs.
