Workshop Description: “Spiritual wellbeing means the ability to experience and integrate meaning and purpose in life through a person’s connectedness with self, others, art, music, literature, nature, or a power greater than oneself. … To be spiritually well will mean a positive engagement with others, self and our environment.
This workshop is designed to introduce participants to experience personal & spiritual wellbeing through various mindfulness practices. We will explore the following:
- What is Mindfulness and Spiritual Wellbeing?
- Connecting to our ground – What values or beliefs hold us steady?
- How do we make our values or beliefs more concrete and lived?
- How do I find more meaning in Life?
- Creating reflective and spiritual practices that support me
- Learning to choose and modify my self image in healthier ways
- Types of love – loving kindness – connecting to Universal Love
- Invoking a space and container for an expanded sense of Self
- Opening doorways to Otherness
- Connecting to the energy and illumination of higher consciousness
- Listening and cultivating states of insight, knowing and wisdom and More!
