**Participants must have completed the Being Present training.
Weekend 1: Saturday May 14th and Sunday May 15th from 10am- 5pm in The Sanctuary.
*This course will be onsite and broadcast online for those who prefer.
Weekly Online Meditation Sessions for Everybody!
Monday Morning from 10:00 am – 10.30 am
Wednesday Evening from 7:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Thursday Afternoon from 1.15 pm – 1.45 pm
