Terms and Conditions

The Sanctuary is a registered company (Co. Registration Number 289733) and a registered charity (No. 13076) and is governed by the legislation pertaining to this as set out in Irish Law including the submission of annual audited accounts lodged with the CRO.

Payment policy – Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We are happy to receive credit card/laser payments, Cheques and postal orders (made payable to the Sanctuary) for all activities. Payment for Sanctuary activities and resources can be made online/ in person/ by phone or by post.

Receipts and Letters of Attendance – It is the policy of the Sanctuary of automatically provide receipts for bookings.  Letters of attendance for Continuing Professional Development are available upon request to enquiries@sanctuary.ie

Cancellation policy – bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Sanctuary, whereby customers will be offered a full refund or an equivalent Gift Voucher.

Gift Vouchers – are available on line or from the office.  Sanctuary Gift Vouchers do not have an expiry date.  Gift Vouchers can only be used for Sanctuary goods, workshops and courses and cannot be redeemed against any holistic treatments offered by a third party in the Sanctuary.
