While the Sanctuary endeavours to keep the information contained on these web pages up to date and accurate at all times, we do not accept responsibility for errors or omissions. Furthermore the Sanctuary is not responsible for the content of, nor for the accuracy or integrity of material accessed via links from these pages.

Terms and Conditions

The Sanctuary is a registered company (Co. Registration Number 289733) and a registered charity (No. 13076) and is governed by the legislation pertaining to this as set out in Irish Law including the submission of annual audited accounts lodged with the CRO.

Payment policy – Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We are happy to receive credit card/laser payments, Cheques and postal orders (made payable to the Sanctuary) for all activities. Payment for Sanctuary activities and resources can be made online/ in person/ by phone or by post.

Receipts and Letters of Attendance – It is the policy of the Sanctuary of automatically provide receipts for bookings.  Letters of attendance for Continuing Professional Development are available upon request to

Cancellation policy – We operate a 14 day change of mind policy for all products purchased on our website. For courses or events booked on our website we also require a minimum cancellation period of 5 working days, in advance of the commencement date of the event, in order to provide a refund or voucher.

Gift Vouchers – are available on line or from the office.  Sanctuary Gift Vouchers do not have an expiry date.  Gift Vouchers can only be used for Sanctuary goods, workshops and courses and cannot be redeemed against any holistic treatments offered by a third party in the Sanctuary.
