‘Drop Ins’ at the Sanctuary’s Meditation Centre

The Sanctuary offers a wide array of drop in meditations in which one can book a place for, or simply show up. These sessions are designed to help sustain and develop your practice, as well as to help build a community of mindfulness practitioners, where one can come to share and deepen their experience of mindfulness.

We offer extended meditation sessions every Monday morning and Wednesday evening at the Sanctuary. As well as a guided meditation, these sessions include elements of mindful walking and mindful sharing, there is a suggested donation of €5 for each session.

*** Our Drop-In Meditations will stop for the months of July and August and recommence on September 4th/2019 for the Autumn.

Monday Morning Drop-In Meditations from 10.00am – 11.15am.

Ongoing meditation practice takes place for people familiar with the experience of meditation. This is made up of guided meditation, mindful walking, silent meditation, mindful walking and mindful sharing.

Wednesday Evening Drop In Meditations from 7.30pm- 8.45pm – please note due to the Plum Village talk on Wed May 15th there will be no drop-in meditation on that day.
