An Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation that offers an invitation to go within and develop the art of meditation.

Mindfulness has been shown to improve resilience and increase well-being; as well as decrease stress, anxiety and recurrent depression. Moreover, training in mindfulness can create the conditions to really flourish in life. This three week introduction to mindfulness and meditation course provides a taste of mindfulness and offers participants the chance to dip their toe in the practices of breath meditation, meditating on the senses, body scan, walking meditation, and eating meditation.
