This three week course provides a taste of mindfulness and offers participants the chance to dip their toe in the practices of breath meditation, meditating on the senses, body scan, walking meditation, and eating meditation.

“In this 3 week course we will start with what mindfulness is or what we believe it to me and it can bring a range of benefits into your life, from greater enjoyment, more of a sense of calm and focus.
What I’d like to share with you are some of the fundamental practices of mindfulness, awareness of the body, awareness of the breath.
Being kind and compassionate to ourselves and others is also very key and there are some wonderful practices that we will explore. We are often very harsh on ourselves! We will take it all gently, with opportunities to experience mindfulness in class, time to ask questions, share reflections.
I’ll send you some audio recordings to help you do short sessions in your own time as well. I do hope you will join me and I look forward to introducing you to mindfulness and the benefits it can bring to your life.”
