Course Description: Are you tired of feeling tired? Do you lack motivation? Would you like to learn more about how to feel great and get healthy this summer in a fun and relaxing way?
Fiona from Care Free Me is delighted to present this six week self-care course focusing on the 4 pillars of “Well Sense”~ Food, Movement, Sleep & Connection ~ learn how to make ‘sense’ of living well every day.
Each week we will combine a simple and practical approach to each pillar whilst learning skills to self-regulate and relax. There are always options, so you can choose what feels right for you. The approach is simple, safe and effective as well as evidence and research-based. There will be access to resources following each week. Being part of a group supports a change in lifestyle behaviours through accountability and sharing the journey……oh and having fun!
