Take the mindful path to change in your life. This course will provide the insights needed to manage change and uncertainty with mindfulness, kindness and compassion.
* Understanding the nature of change.
*Looking at the role fear plays within the process of change.
*Learning how to build skills in understanding and managing our emotions.
* Identifying core values and beliefs and how they influence our emotions.
*Developing self-compassion skills and finding a kinder way of relating to ourselves during times of uncertainty.
Mindfulness can improve our capacity to respond to change+ uncertainty in a healthy way. Within this course there will be ample time for insight, poetry and reflection.
