Mindful Movement at the Sanctuary

Our bodies are constantly communicating with our minds and vice versa. Only much of the time, we can become disconnected from this communication and miss important messages: messages that can alert us to exhaustion, stress, and emotional imbalance.

What might it be like to be in tune with this communication and to live a more holistic, embodied life so that we can move through the world more skilfully?

We have a number of Mindful Movement courses that are being ran at the Sanctuary that address this disconnect; instead, creating the conditions for self- care, and in turn, well- being.
