We are so excited to welcome you back into the Sanctuary for this 7-week Mindful Yoga course with the wonderful Andrea Boudin.
This 6-week course teaches participants to develop mindfulness through classical yoga poses (Asanas), meditation and breathing exercises. The aim is to awaken the body’s ability to build strength, flexibility and resilience, and to access each participant’s potential for restful dwelling in the presence. This is a gentle, playful class, suitable for all levels of experience.
Who this is for: Andrea welcomes individuals of all skill levels from beginner to more advanced.
Dates and times: This course will run on six Wednesday evenings from 3rd November 2021
