This online Eight- week course teaches participants to develop mindfulness through classical yoga poses (Asanas), meditation and breathing exercises. The aim is to awaken the body’s ability to build strength, flexibility and resilience, and to access each participant’s potential for restful dwelling in the presence. This is a gentle, playful class, suitable for all levels of experience.
Who this is for: Andrea welcomes individuals of all skill levels from beginner to more advanced.
