Mindful Yoga workshop with Andrea Boudin

In this mindfulness yoga workshop we will develop a morning yoga routine that can also be practiced at home. On offer are refreshing, invigorating movements, postures and breathing patters that are designed to relieve morning stiffness and to wake up body and mind: backbends, arm and shoulder work, leg-strengthening poses, and a centering meditative practice. Everybody welcome, no prior knowledge necessary.
