    On this 8-week course on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction MBSR you will learn to notice your thoughts, patterns and any automatic unhelpful reactions. You will learn how to hold and relate to thoughts and emotions less judgmentally and more compassionately.

    Each session is two and a half hours in duration with a full day of practice taking place too.

  • Being Present: An In- Depth Mindfulness Training 3-weekend bundle


    This 4 weekend, in depth training is spread out over a nine month period and aims to enable participants to establish an effective and regular daily mindfulness practice so as to help our minds to settle and stabilise. It is ideal for beginners; however, it is also for those who have previous experience of mindfulness and who want to develop their practice and for those who might go on to train to teach mindfulness.

    The first weekend of this course takes place on April 13 & 14th and can be booked individually. This package is to purchase the other 3 weekends associated with the 4-weekend course.

    An introductory course to Mindfulness and Meditation that offers an invitation to go within and develop the art of meditation.

    Do you wish to become more mindful?

    Mindfulness has been shown to improve resilience and increase well-being; as well as decrease stress, anxiety and recurrent depression. Moreover, training in mindfulness can create the conditions to really flourish in life.

    This three week course provides a taste of mindfulness and offers participants the chance to dip their toe in the practices of breath meditation, meditating on the senses, body scan, walking meditation, and eating meditation.
