Our mindful meditation focuses on sensation, breath, sound, thoughts. Combined, these practices lead us towards connecting with our own innate resources to access a sense of ease and spaciousness as we engage with everyday life. The yoga Sutra: ‘Yoga chitta vritti nirodah’ – ‘yoga is the settling of the mind into silence’ is central and yoga philosophy and mindfulness themes are integrated throughout. Relaxation is an integral part of the class.
