Course Description: This term will cover the Traditional Yang Style Foundation Form (Master Ding Academy).
By the end of the course we’ll take what we’ve learned and bring it together into an integrated ’15 Minute Tai Chi’ routine. This will be your daily practice and will include:
• Standing meditation to still the mind and strengthen the body,
• Exercises to gently stretch and loosen the body,
• Form to develop strength, balance and coordination within the body,
• And finally breathing and settling exercises to bring everything home…
Who this is for: Tai Chi can be practiced by people of all ages, regardless of their lifestyle or their health.
