Mindfulness to Cultivate Calm in our Frantic World.  ‘Your calm mind is the ultimate weapon against your challenges’  The intention for this half day workshop is to invite a sense of calm, as best we can, through practices such as being with our breath and dropping down and anchoring into our physical bodies. We will practice, through guided meditation, creating a little space to allow our thoughts and emotions to be with us, just as they are.

We can also perhaps decide to carve out time for ourselves to explore nature around us.  We will also look at the impact of stress on the mind and body and how we can dip into our Mindfulness tools to help support us right when we need them. 
As the world opens up a little more to us, take this time to nourish and check in with your wondrous self and all that it has to offer.
The practices will be spacious and there will also be time to journal and to share experiences, but, of course, under no obligation.
