An introductory workshop on how knowledge about the concepts of chakra energies can help us in daily life, in our yoga practice and in developing our self-understanding.
Rooted in early Hinduism, the theory of chakras aims to explain the different aspects of human energies, activities and dispositions.
We will be working with the seven chakra system. After a short introductory talk we will practice yoga asanas (body posture work), breath work, and finally we will use awareness of the different chakra energies as meditation tool.
No prior knowledge or experience necessary, everybody is welcome to participate.
