Mindful Movement

Our bodies are constantly communicating with our minds and vice versa. Only much of the time, we can become disconnected from this communication and miss important messages: messages that can alert us to exhaustion, stress, and emotional imbalance.

What might it be like to be in tune with this communication and to live a more holistic, embodied life so that we can move through the world more skilfully?

The Sanctuary has a number of Mindful Movement courses that address this disconnect; creating the conditions for self-care, and in turn, wellbeing.
