Join us in person at The Sanctuary, a peaceful space in the heart of Dublin. Our guided sessions help cultivate mindfulness, reflection, and well-being in a supportive community.

  • Suggested donation of €7.50

  • FREE to Friends of The Sanctuary Members

  • No prior experience needed—open to all.

  • Sessions led by experienced facilitators.

When do On-site meditations take place?

On-site meditations take place every Monday at 11am-12pm and at 6pm-7pm

For those unable to attend in person, we offer FREE online meditation sessions via Zoom. Meditate from the comfort of your home while still feeling connected to a community of practice.

  • Live via Zoom, open to all.

  • Flexible participation—camera on or off.

  • Guided by experienced practitioners.

When do Online meditations take place?

Online meditations take place every Tuesday 10am - 11am, Wednesday from 7.30pm - 8pm and Thursday from 1.15pm - 1.45pm
