The Sanctuary’s Warrior Programme is a unique 10 session programme designed for young people who would benefit from an alternative, experiential-led approach to their development and is particularly suited to young people from 6th class to 3rd year, who are finding the journey to maturity and social integration challenging.
Being Present is beginner friendly and the first stage of the Mindfulness Teacher Training Pathway. However, you do not need to intend on becoming a teacher to complete this course.
