Returning to the Source: A 6-Week Qigong Journey

Join us this autumn for a deeply nourishing 6-week Qigong series at The Sanctuary. Whether you are new to Qigong or returning to the practice, this course is an invitation to slow down, attune to your inner rhythm, and reconnect with the natural flow of energy — Qi — within and around you.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese movement practice that cultivates physical vitality, emotional balance, and spiritual clarity. Through gentle, flowing movements, breath awareness, and meditative presence, we open energy pathways, restore balance, and return to a state of inner harmony.
Each week we’ll explore simple practices to awaken the body, regulate the nervous system, and deepen internal stillness.
Sessions include standing and seated movement, breathwork, and space for reflection. Whether you come for physical health, emotional renewal, or spiritual cultivation, the invitation is to listen, soften, and return to the simplicity of being.
