Nejang: Tibetan Healing Yoga for Meditators
2-Day Workshop with Mark Kinghan
Saturday 15th and 29th November 10am-1pm
Nejang is a gentle form of Tibetan healing yoga traditionally practiced by meditators to clear and nourish the body’s subtle channels and enhance clarity of mind. Rooted in Tibet’s medical and contemplative traditions, these simple yet profound movements harmonize breath, energy, and awareness—helping the body become a more stable and easeful support for meditation.
This two-day workshop introduces the 24 classical Nejang exercises from the Yuthok lineage. The practices are meditative, accessible, and suitable for all—no previous yoga experience is required, only a wish to deepen one’s contemplative path.
