Each week offers a warm, relaxed space to unwind, release tension, and rebuild your energy after the winter season. We’ll explore soft, flowing movements and simple Qigong techniques that support ease in the body and clarity in the mind — a cosy, steady way to step into the year feeling grounded and refreshed.
