Anna is a qualified yoga teacher with over 700 hours of training in traditional Hatha Yoga, meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, pregnancy and postnatal yoga, hormone yoga, well-woman yoga, and trauma-informed yoga. She is also a menstrual cycle coach focused on raising awareness around natural rhythms and mindful living. Anna is currently training in Compassionate Inquiry, a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Gabor Maté for healing trauma. She works with both individuals and groups and is a daily practitioner of yoga, meditation, creativity, and nature connection. Since 2011, she has practiced Nichiren Buddhism (Mahayana).
