Dominic Cogan

Mindfulness Facilitator

Dominic has been practicing mindfulness for over twenty years. He is trained in both Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living. He has had a life-long amateur interest in music, both as a listener and very occasionally as a performer. Over the years he has taught a range of courses for The Sanctuary based on mindfulness and positive self-care and spirituality. Among other roles, he works as a teacher trainer and supervisor and offers individual sessions in spiritual guidance.
