Nikki is a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer, neuromuscular therapist, and yoga and Pilates instructor since 2010. She completed her dietitian course in 2011 at DCU through the National Training College. Nikki has taught a wide variety of classes across Dublin for over a decade. In the past five years, she has deepened her skills through Kundalini Yoga and Mantra Meditation teacher training at Samadhi Yoga School. Nikki maintains a daily practice of yoga and meditation, and her passion is to help people integrate gentle movement and breathwork into everyday life as a foundation for meditation.
