With over a decade of experience as a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer, neuromuscular therapist, and teacher of yoga and Pilates, she brings a grounded, holistic understanding of the body into all her offerings. Her journey began in 2010, and since then she has supported countless individuals across Dublin in reconnecting with their strength, vitality, and inner peace.
In recent years, Nikki has deepened her spiritual practice through immersive studies in Kundalini Yoga and Mantra Meditation at Samadhi Yoga School. These teachings awakened her passion for merging movement with breath, and stillness with sound — guiding people gently inward through mindful practices that open the heart and quiet the mind.
Her daily devotion to yoga and meditation is at the core of all she shares.
