After discovering the benefits of breathwork 5 years ago, I quickly became fascinated by how the nervous system can be regulated through the breath. I’m trained in both functional and transformational techniques, and have been guiding sessions for the past year in a variety of settings. My sessions are designed to guide people into their rest and digest state, while providing practical education on efficient breathing. The aim is to equip people with simple effective tools that they can use in everyday life.
