Sarah began her journey as amindfulness instructor following significant personal transformation throughmindfulness practice. She is experienced in delivering MBSR programs,mindfulness for cancer patients at the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre, and mindfulnessfor addiction recovery at the Stanhope St. Centre. Sarah also has expertise inmindfulness for neurodiverse children, having developed the Taking Careprogramme—an interactive, sensory-based initiative designed for children withautism and ADHD that emphasises mindfulness and compassion. She holds a Diplomain Mindfulness and is currently pursuing an MSc in Psychotherapy. Additionally,Sarah serves on the board of directors for the Mindfulness Teachers Associationof Ireland, where she consistently maintains ethical standards and engages inongoing professional development.
