If you are ready to learn how to influence your state of mind and body in a healthy way, you’re on the right path. Unresolved emotions and past traumas can linger in our subconscious. Emotional blocks, doubts, fears, and limiting beliefs can hold us back, prevent us from fully letting go, the breath becomes shallow or activated and if it doesn’t flow freely, it can create tightness in the chest in the stomach, building tension and stress in various ways. Here comes the importance of coming back to ourselves through ‘Conscious Breath Connection’ which allows us to learn how to connect in the present moment. This practice can open up the whole respiratory system and bring health throughout in the body mind and soul, to feel alive, relaxed and recharged.
Regulating the nervous system through ancient practices of intentional breathing can be a key to unlocking deeper levels of healing and well-being.
Breathe Deep And Find Peace!
The session will begin by warming up the physical body with easy movements, to open up the respiratory areas and the whole body and to help us get ready for the following breathing practices/ techniques. Each session concludes with relaxation/meditation.
This classes aren’t suitable if you have: you are pregnant, especially during the first trimester, a history of seizures, epilepsy, neurological conditions, or have any other serious medical condition.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water with you.
