Welcome to 'CONSCIOUS BREATH CONNECTION' p r a c t i c e.
These are classes, workshops designed and held through an inner sense of intuition and feeling expressed into the space, to make it safe as possible, to feel the energy of it, and to be confidence to deepen into the practice. 'Conscious Breath Connection' practice comes primarily, from the inspired ancients eastern studies and the modern adaptation that is attributed to it each time, differently of details, and of various techniques, to make the experience unique of a journey through the breath.
Some time the practice can be more of activation, other time, more releasing.
The breath reflects your nervous system state, and this practice will make sure to start from an activation/regulation of the diaphragmatic area. Here begins the connection through the breath, toward the heart and the brain, to make sure all the body systems, ready for different connections, some with the rhythmic force of different types of breathing techniques, where the chest will expand to deepening the strength of the lungs capacity.
Embodying physical movements, to help the release of tensions, and to prepare the body for energy flow massage the abdominal organs, to stimulate the blood flow and the digestive system.
There will be sound instruments used, the sound frequencies will support the relaxation, and the connection of body mind and soul throughout practice.
You'll be embraced into a safe guided experience where energy is going to work where it needs to flow, to land into a space of relaxation allowing it all to settle and balance.
Maybe you will be left with a sense of relaxation, peace and clarity a sense of renewal, recharge or deeply connected.
The aim of 'Conscious Breath Connection' is to take care of those three major aspect of our being, at the same time, the physical, the mental and the energetic bodies.
It deepen the connection inwards of self understanding, to gain awareness to your innate beauty and higher self can be felt, clearing emotional blockages and creating space for new connections, It could be also useful, to reduce stress and to improve mental clarity. This can stimulates the emotional processes, stores tensions and trauma surface, physically it helps to regulate blood pressure and improve heart rate variability.
Chronic stress and tensions can contribute to high blood pressure and risk for cardiovascular disease, so here we want to engage to relaxation, to lowered the blood pressure.
This process can be lead to a reduction, of the sympathetic nervous system activity, and enhance to the parasympathetic nervous system functions.
This workshop will include 2 sessions:
'Conscious Breath Connection' practice, isn't suitable if you have a history of seizures, epilepsy, neurological conditions, or any other serious medical conditions.
Also if you are pregnant especially during the first trimester.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water with you.
Don't have a big meal at least two hours before class, only liquids or a light snack if essential
