These workshops are designed to make it safe as possible to feel the energy of the breath. 'Conscious Breath Connection 'practice comes primarily from ancient eastern studies and the modern adaptation of various techniques, to guide the a unique journey through the breath. Sometimes the practice can be more of activation, other time, more releasing.

The breath reflects your nervous system state, and this practice will start with an activation/regulation of the diaphragmatic area. Here begins the connection through the breath. Continuing with the rhythmic force of different types of breathing techniques, the chest will expand which deepens the strength of the lung’s capacity.

Embodying physical movements, to help the release of tensions, and to prepare the body for energy flow massage the abdominal organs ,to stimulate the blood flow and the digestive system.

There will be used, sound instruments, the sound frequencies will support the relaxation, and the connection of body mind and soul throughout practice.

This is a safe guided experience where energy flows where it is needed, to land into a space of relaxation allowing it all to settle and balance.

This practice has participants leaving with a sense of relaxation, peace and clarity as well as a sense of connection and renewal.

The aim of 'Conscious Breath Connection' is to take care of the physical, the mental and the energetic bodies simultaneously.

It can deepen the connection inwards, expanding awareness of your innate. It is also useful in reducing stress. Physically it helps to regulate blood pressure and improve heart rate variability. Chronic stress and tensions can contribute to high blood pressure and risk for cardiovascular disease, so here we want to engage to relaxation, to lowered the blood pressure. This process can lead to a reduction, of the sympathetic nervous system activity, and enhance to the parasympathetic nervous system functions.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water with you.

Don't have a big meal at least two hours before class, only liquids or a light snack if essential.

'Conscious Breath Connection' practice, isn't suitable if you have a history of seizures, epilepsy, neurological conditions, or any other serious medical conditions. It is also not suitable if you are pregnant.
