Join clinical Herbalist and Naturopath Renata for a monthly workshop series introducing practical herbal approaches for everyday life.

If you are experiencing seasonal challenges such as energy crashes, poor sleep, hay fever, hormonal changes, joint & muscle stiffness, lymphatic sluggishness, poor appetite, brain fog, or emotional fluctuations, and if you are curious about how herbs, sensory practices, and mindful awareness can support balance and wellbeing throughout the year, this workshop series offers practical, grounded guidance.

Across the workshop series, we will:

● Explore how our relationship with nature changed at the beginning of the 20th century, and why this plant knowledge is now re-emerging

● Work with herbs and seasonal rhythms to support energy, rest, and resilience across the year

● Explore prevention as a core approach, learning how early mindful support can help maintain balance before intervention is needed

● Learn how preparing your body in advance can help reduce seasonal allergies before they take hold

● Explore the Doctrine of Signatures - an ancient language of plants that helps us understand their properties and their role in human life through observation of colour, shape, form, and growth patterns

● Learn how to safely process, store, and use herbs in everyday life

● Understand natural shifts such as perimenopause and menopause, recognising the symptoms that commonly occur during this stage not as problems to suppress, but as part of a natural hormonal transition, and learn how to support your body and move through this stage with practical, herbal approaches

● Explore how to support different body systems throughout the year, learning practical herbal approaches to maintain balance and help prevent common issues, such as supporting the immune system before winter

● Create and learn to use a personal herbal first aid kit for everyday life

● Learn how everyday items found in your kitchen cupboards - teas, herbs, spices, oils and simple preparations - are not only for flavour, but are therapeutic agents, and how to use them safely and effectively in daily life

● Practise simple mindfulness, sensory, and nature-based exercises to deepen awareness and connection

Each session combines professional herbal knowledge with practical, hands-on experience. You will taste, touch, smell, and observe plants, work with essential oils, and practise techniques so that learning is applied, embodied, and relevant to everyday life.

This series is designed for people who want reliable, professional guidance on herbs, seasonal wellbeing, and mindful practices.
