As summer gives way to autumn and the colours begin to change, life begins to fill once again. Schools and colleges reopen, familiar routines return, and our days and weeks become fuller. Before we'recarried into the busyness of the season, this is an invitation to pause.
Autumn is a season of gathering. A time tonotice what has come into fruition, to appreciate what has sustained us, and to gather the wisdom and nourishment of the months that have passed.
Join us in community as we slow down andconnect with ourselves through mindfulness, gentle movement, silence, time in nature and reflection.
Together, we'll gather the harvest of the season - appreciating what has come into fruition, letting go of what hasn't, and honouring the growth that may not yet be visible but is quietly unfolding in its own time.
Through guided mindfulness practices, including sitting meditation, body scan, mindful walking, compassionate inquiry and moments of silence, we will create space to rest, reflect and simply be.
You are invited to arrive exactly as you are, making space for whatever is present.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or wish to deepen your practice, you are warmly welcome. Join us in community to slowdown, connect and embrace the changing season.
Leave feeling grounded, nourished and ready to step into autumn with greater presence, clarity and ease.
You are welcome to bring a packed lunch to enjoy in the gardens or take a stroll to one of the many nearby cafés in Stoneybatter.
