Anne Hession has worked in the area of religion and spirituality for the past twenty-five years. She lectured in the areas of spirituality, theology and religious education at Dublin City University for twenty-one years, gaining valuable experience in facilitating groups and promoting student learning. As a fully qualified spiritual director, Anne’s work is now focused on small group workshops and retreats. She has developed a particular interest in dreamwork and in the potential for spiritual development that attention to dreams promotes.
