As we arrive at the beginning of August, we welcome Lughnasadh, the ancient Celtic festival marking the first harvest.
It is a gentle invitation to pause and notice what has quietly ripened through the season just passed.
As nature enters the first harvest, we too are invited to reflect on what has been growing within us. What intentions havetaken root? What is beginning to come into fruition, what hasn’t? What have wel earned, nurtured, or discovered along the way?
This retreat offers a day to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with the wisdom of the present moment through mindfulness, gentle movement, and time in nature.
Through guided mindfulness practices, including sitting meditation, body scan, mindful walking, compassionate inquiry, and moments of silence, we will create space to rest, reflect, and simply be.
Whether summer has brought growth, challenge, joy, or uncertainty, you are warmly invited to arrive exactly as you are, making space for whatever is present.
Throughout the day, we will gently invite the mind to settle, the body to soften, and the heart to open. Together we will explore stillness, movement, nature, and reflection, allowing ourselves toreconnect with a deeper sense of balance, clarity, and ease.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or wish to deepen your practice, you are warmly welcome. Join us in community to slowdown, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the changing season.
Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and open to whatever the months ahead may bring.
You are welcome to bring a packed lunch to enjoy in the gardens or take a stroll to one of the many nearby cafés in Stoneybatter.
