The first day of November marks the Celtic New Year—the end of harvest, a time of transition, reflection, and new beginnings. As the wheel of the year turns, nature changes her rhythm, moving gently toward rest and stillness. In times past, communities gathered to offer gratitude for the abundance of autumn.

Join us in honouring this tradition and aligning with nature’s rhythm.

Gently encouraging the mind to quieten, we’ll connect with a deeper sense of self through a blend of practices like body scan, mindful sitting practices, walking in nature and stillness.

As the day unfolds, using breath, movement and the senses, we’ll pause and rest in the present moment, releasing tensions and balancing emotions. We’ll take time to relish the fruits of this year, letting go of what no longer serves. Opening our hearts to kindness and compassion, we’ll plant fresh intentions to carry into the new season.
