This is an introduction into the world of Singing bowls. You will learn about the origin of those wonderful relaxing instruments as well as the use of different mallets, playing techniques (off and on the body) and the benefits of sound healing.
You will guided to give and receive a "sonic massage" with those wonderful instruments.
We will finish up with a relaxing sound bath.
Singing bowls are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
There will be singing bowls for sale as well.
This course is suitable for beginners in sound healing. I also offer more advanced sound healing course.
