Having passed the Spring Equinox and with the clocks moving forward, we welcome the return of longer days. As we gently move away from the darkness of winter, its quiet fertility is revealing itself inthe colours of nature’s blossom as April brings with it a sense of expansion.

This feeling of spaciousness can be sensed inthe world around us — brighter mornings, longer evenings, and the landscape gradually coming into bloom. There is a natural sense of opening, a lightness returning to the rhythm of the days.

Join us in community as we pause and connect with that same sense of light and spaciousness within. Through mindfulness practice and gentle reflection, we take time to simply be — expanding our awareness and allowing space for new perspectives and possibilities to gently emerge.

Cultivating gratitude and trust in the unfolding of life, we will welcome the present moment and allow things to arise naturally.

Throughout the day, you are invited to slowdown and breathe as we step away from the busyness of daily life, allowing the mind to settle, the body to release tension, and the emotions to gently regulate.

Practices will include a body scan, mindfulsitting, silence, walking in nature, stillness, and gentle reflection —offering space to rest in the present moment, a place of balance, nourishment, and groundedness.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or wishing to deepen your practice, this retreat offers a warm, heartfelt and welcoming space to meet whatever arises.

You are welcome to bring lunch to enjoy in the gardens or take a stroll to one of the many nearby cafés in Stoneybatter.
