Just a few weeks before the clocks move forward, we find ourselves in a moment of gentle transition. The days are visibly stretching, quietly anticipating the returning light. All around us, Mother Nature is beginning to open into bloom - patiently and in her own time.
Spring invites us to reflect on the seeds we have planted - intentions, hopes, dreams, healing, and new ways of being — some of which may now be beginning to take root. This mindfulness retreat offers a pause from the busyness of life, an opportunity to listen more deeply and to connect with what is blossoming within.
Together, we will create space to gently explore what is beginning to emerge, with care and encouragement. This is not a day of striving or fixing, but one of tending — noticing what is present with kind curiosity: a resistance, a need for self-care, or an inner call for attention - and allowing what is here to be here.
An invitation to trust your innate wisdom, while cultivating gratitude and acceptance for what is unfolding.
Throughout the day, we will invite the mind to settle, the body to release tension, and the emotions to gently regulate. Practices will include body scan, mindful sitting, silence, walking in nature, stillness, and reflection —offering space to rest in the present moment, a place of balance and heart centredness.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or wishing to deepen your practice, thi sretreat offers a warm and welcoming space to meet whatever arises, held by the steady presence of Mother Nature and the returning light.
You are welcome to bring lunch to enjoy in the gardens, or to take a stroll to one of the many nearby cafés in Stoneybatter.
