Many of us live from the part of ourselves that manages, copes, performs, and gets through the day. But beneath that surface are hidden rooms: places of old hurt, protective patterns, ancestral inheritance, shadow, and deeper wisdom.
The Inner House is a one-day workshop for anyone who wants to understand the hidden forces shaping their life. Through guided reflection, teaching, quiet practices, and shared exploration, this day will help you:
