During these five consecutive Summer mornings of yoga we will gently energise with move & breath sequences, transition towards a postural practice, and then immerse in the stillness of meditation and deep relaxation.
We’ll take a fresh look at some familiar yoga poses and focus on a few key actions inspired by the Universal Principles of Alignment. These alignment cues lie at the heart of Anusara Hatha Yoga and support an uplifting, dynamic and expressive practice unifying breath and body, heart and mind.
July weather permitting, we may even have some practice time outdoors in the abundant Sanctuary gardens.
Suitable for regular practitioners who are curious to delve deeper, and for beginners ready to discover a yoga practice in a supportive way.
