Inspired by Nature
Spend five summer mornings immersed in a heart-centered, mindful yoga practice inspired by the wisdom, rhythm, and intelligence of nature.
Together, we explore how nature is not separate from us — it i s expressed through the body, the breath, and awareness itself. The qualities of nature become a continuous thread throughout our practice: grounding, flowing, adapting, expanding, and dissolving into spacious awareness.

Each day, we will explore a specific yoga pose through the lens of the Universal Principles of Alignment™ at the heart of Anusara™ Hatha Yoga. These principles support an uplifting, dynamic, and expressive practice that unifies body, heart, and mind.
Inspired by nature imagery, contemplative wisdom, poetry, and yoga philosophy, this course invites you to deepen your embodied understanding of the connection between self and environment - recognising that nature is not outside of us but continuously expressed through us.
Suitable for regular practitioners who are curious to deepen their practice, and beginners wishing to discover yoga.
July weather permitting, we may even have some practice time outdoors in the abundant Sanctuary gardens.
Drop in spaces will be available on each morning for €15 a session.
